A commission charge of 30% is charged on exchanging effects, books etc. You send your effects etc.(value say of £20.00) you select items to the same value. (£20.00) you enclose 30% commission charge.(£6.00) plus postage charge The price used on lists for exchanging items is shown as 'Exchange Price'.

All items can be purchased for cash (this price is shown on lists as 'Purchase Price') plus postage charge.

We will purchase items outright for cash, subject to inspection, or even arrange a 'straight exchange' for you - whereby you only pay the postage charge.

All effects and books must be in good condition and where necessary, complete with instructions. Basically we would wish to receive items only in a condition that you would wish to receive them in.

Castle Magical Services cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident caused, due to the use of any items purchased from them.

Mail order payments can only be accepted by sterling cheque, Switch/Maestro, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please make cheques payable to CASTLE MAGICAL SERVICES. Payment in full must accompany all orders.

A telephone call will reserve any item (+44) 01904 709500. Reserved items (pending sale or exchange) will be held for 7 days only. If you wish to collect items personally please telephone first to make an appointment.

Carriage and packaging will be charged at cost.

It must be noted that although every care is taken in packing and despatching items, we cannot accept responsibility for goods after leaving our premises. Please inform us if you require items insuring prior to posting.
