Mail order payments can only be accepted by sterling cheque, Switch/Maestro or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please make cheques payable to CASTLE MAGICAL SERVICES. Payment in full must accompany all orders.

Because the secret of any magical effect forms part of its price we cannot exchange or refund money. If an item proves to be faulty we will exchange it.

Items or effects made to your order require a 50% deposit at time of ordering.

Carriage and packaging will be charged at cost.

It must be noted that although every care is taken in packing and despatching items, we cannot accept responsibility for goods after leaving our premises. Please inform us if you require items insuring prior to posting.

Orders will normally be dealt with and despatched on the day of receipt.

A telephone call will reserve any item (+44) 01904 709500. Reserved items (pending sale) will be held for 7 days only. If you wish to collect items personally please telephone first to make an appointment.

Whilst we do operate a fair and careful pricing policy, we do reserve the right to amend our prices without notice.
