The D.I.Y. Box

THE IDEAL PROP - SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTIONS OR VANISHES

In our opinion maximum entertainment is achieved by using this box to make a production from.  The pieces of the box are laid flat on your table - in trying to assemble the box, sides keep falling down, front and back panels fall out.  Having eventually constructed the box you make your production of silks, ribbons or livestock.

Rope Springs Eternal

HILARIOUS ANTICS WITH A LENGTH OF ROPE

The magician having completed a rope trick notices a piece of rope hanging down from his left sleeve.  As this rope is pulled out of the sleeve it gets longer and longer until more than 25¢ of rope is now on the floor.

The rope becomes stuck in the sleeve and will not move.  When the magician gives the rope a sharp tug his left leg jumps, looking up his left trouser leg he finds the other end of the rope.  The magician starts to pull on this rope and the other end of the rope starts to go back up his sleeve and down his trouser leg.

Having pulled all the rope out of his left trouser leg the rope once again will not move, the rope is given another sharp tug and the right leg now jumps into the air.  The magician now looks up his right trouser leg and discovers another end to the rope, which he starts to pull.  The rope now starts to go back up the left trouser leg and come down the right trouser leg, but once again the rope becomes stuck.

The magician now gives another tug and the rope eventually comes loose, unfortunately attached to his large colourful boxer shorts.

Amazing Knots and Cords

Three soft woollen cords are shown - each being a different colour - performer asks a child to place the cords into a bag (not supplied) one at a time.  The performer announces that he/she will join the cords together magically.  After a few magic words the performer pulls the cords out of the bag and finds that the cords are joined, but with large ugly knots.  Performer asks the child to have a go at joining them without the knots, but again the cords appear with the large knots.  The performer and the child both hold an end of the joined cords and with a few more magic words the large knots are seen to jump off the cords leaving one long multi-colour cord without knots.
